After years of watching projects blow up because of vague scoping, shifting deadlines, and opaque pricing, he founded Trijazel to prove that custom software can be delivered like a product: clear scope, fixed price, on time.

Before Trijazel, Stephen held senior engineering and technical leadership roles across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise SaaS. He brings deep expertise in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and the operational discipline that keeps projects on track and on budget.

His philosophy is simple: if you can't explain to a client exactly what they're getting, when they'll get it, and what it costs before work starts, you shouldn't be building it yet.
