Trijazel Games Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026. Trijazel LLC.

This policy applies to the mobile games published by Trijazel LLC ("we", "us") on Google Play and the Apple App Store. It explains what information our games handle, why, and the choices you have. Our games do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email address, or contact details.

When we publish a new game, we add it to this table before release. If a game uses a partner not listed in this policy, the policy is updated first.

Information stored on your device

Your progress (levels completed, scores, streaks, inventory, and settings such as sound and music) is saved on your device only. It is not sent to us. Deleting a game deletes its saved data. Each game also generates a random player identifier stored with the save data; it is not linked to your name or any account.

Advertising partners

Our games are free and supported by ads. Ads are served through the partners listed for each game above. When an ad is requested, the partner receives:

Partners use this data to select, deliver, and measure ads, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to detect fraud. Where you have not consented to personalized advertising, or where the law restricts it, ads are limited to contextual and non-personalized ads.

Partner privacy policies:

Advertising measurement and attribution

Some of our games use measurement partners so we can tell which advertisement brought a player to the game, and whether the money we spend on advertising is worthwhile. The partners used by each game are listed in the table above. Where a game uses them, these partners receive:

We do not send them your name, email address, payment method, card details, or billing address, because our games never collect those. Purchases are reported once each, when the payment completes. Restoring a purchase you already own is not reported again.

Partner privacy policies:

Analytics, diagnostics, and remote settings

We use Unity Analytics to understand how our games are played in aggregate, for example how many levels are completed, where players stop, and which features are used. This data is tied to the random player identifier described above and to device information, not to your identity. We also receive crash and performance reports so we can fix problems. Some games fetch tuning values (such as difficulty settings or word lists) from Unity Remote Config at launch; this request carries the same device information and the player identifier. Where a game offers an analytics opt-out in its settings, choosing it stops analytics events from that device.

Notifications

If you choose to enable reminders in a game, it schedules local notifications on your device (for example, a reminder that a daily puzzle is ready). These are created on your device and do not involve sending data to us. You can turn them off in the game or in your device settings at any time.

Purchases

Where a game offers in-app purchases (such as removing ads), the purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive a confirmation that the purchase took place but no payment details. Where a game uses the measurement partners described above, that confirmation, which is the item bought, its price and currency, and the store's receipt for the order, is also sent to those partners so that we can measure whether our advertising pays for itself. No payment method or card details are included, because the stores never give them to us.

Children

Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our games, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

Data retention and security

Save data stays on your device until you delete the game. Analytics data is retained by Unity for the period described in Unity's privacy policy. Data sent to partners is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Changes to this policy

If we change how our games handle information, or add a game or partner, we update this page and the effective date above.
