We typically structure payments in milestones: a deposit to begin work (usually 30-40%), a mid-project payment at a defined milestone, and a final payment upon delivery and acceptance. For Discovery & Spec engagements, payment is due upfront. Every payment milestone is defined before work starts so there are never surprises.

We expect requirements to evolve. If you want to add or change features during the build, we scope and price the change before proceeding. You'll see exactly what it adds to the cost and timeline, and you decide whether to include it. We never make changes without your approval, and we never surprise you with a bill.

It can't — fixed price means fixed price. The quote we give you is the price you pay for the agreed scope. If we underestimate the effort on our end, that's on us. The only way the price changes is if you request additional scope, and even then, you approve the cost before we proceed.

You do. Upon final payment, all custom code, designs, and documentation are transferred to you with full ownership rights. You can host it wherever you want, modify it, or hire another team to maintain it. We don't hold your code hostage.

Yes. Every project includes a 30-day warranty period after launch where we fix any bugs at no additional cost. After that, we offer ongoing support and maintenance packages, or you can bring maintenance in-house. We'll make sure your team has everything they need to manage the system independently if that's your preference.
